- Provide PV Thunder teams with specialized skills training, program-wide technology for film breakdown (Hudl), team gear and support for equipment needs.
- Provide players with access to PVT scholarships and financial aid.

- College Scholarship - Awarding a scholarship to an outstanding rising PVT college freshman.
- PV Thunder Financial Aid - Partial and full scholarship opportunities for 4th - 11th grade players in need.
